What Is A Review?

This will ensure that any potential electrical hazards are identified and addressed before they become a problem.

A complete review of your outlets, switches, and circuit breakers. They will look for any signs of wear and tear, faulty wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, or outdated components that could be a potential hazard. If any of these components need to be replaced, the electrician can do so in order to ensure your home is up to code and safe.

An inspection of additional electrical components in your home. This includes ceiling fans, light fixtures, smoke detectors, and more. They will check to make sure that these components are in good working order and not a potential safety hazard.

Of the $2,000 the average American spends paying for energy used at home on an annual basis, $200 to $400 could be going to waste from drafts, air leaks around openings, and outdated heating and cooling systems.

When it comes to home safety, it is important to be proactive in order to protect your family and your belongings. One of the best ways to do this is to perform regular home safety inspections. But how often should these inspections be done?

Ideally, a home safety inspection should be completed at least once a year. During this inspection, you should check for potential hazards, such as loose wires, broken locks, and faulty wiring. You should also make sure that all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are functioning properly.

In addition to this annual inspection, you should also perform smaller inspections every few months. This includes checking things such as exposed outlets, checking batteries in smoke detectors, and making sure fire extinguishers are fully charged.
